New Spring Menus at Graffiti American Grill
New Spring menus are being introduced at Graffiti American Grill in Woodbury and Hewlett that include all your old favorites and innovative new creations to delight your palate.
Chef Nicholas is proud to present the new Spring menus at Graffiti American Grill. Both the Woodbury and Hewlett location will be serving all our patron's favorites along with Chef Nicholas new, innovative creations. The new redesigned menu is easier to read with healthy alternatives and decadent desserts. In addition to the complete menu, during dinner service patrons are welcome to enjoy the offerings from the chef's daily specials card which highlight dishes, not on the traditional menu, along with appropriate wine selections and dessert suggestions for a sweet ending.
Graffiti American Grill restaurants are popular, family friendly, neighborhood establishments that serve chef-created meals with market fresh ingredients. Both locations have an extensive wine list and a full service bar. Take away meals for one to 100 are available for all menu offerings though larger offsite parties are recommended to speak to a catering manager several days before their event. A separate catering menu is available for off-premise parties and Graffiti can arrange for all accompanying off-site services, wait-staff, bartenders and clean-up.
Chef Nicholas, a Culinary Institute of America trained chef, has spent his formative career as a manager, line cook and sous chef at the Polo Lounge in the Garden City Hotel, Starr Boggs in East Hampton, Fraunces Tavern and TriBeCa Grill in Manhattan, considered some of the areas finest and most popular restaurants, before opening his first namesake restaurant in 1995 which was quickly named by the New York Times one of the top restaurants on Long Island. Chef Nicholas and his father George acquired the G.D Graffiti location in Woodbury in 2001 and re-launched the renovated concept as Graffiti American Grill. In 2006 a second Graffiti American Grill was opened in Hewlett. Since opening, both Graffiti locations have consistently been top rated in Zagat Surveys, Newsday, Cablevision and featured in numerous local publications. Nicholas and George have been instrumental in helping local Long Island causes in addition to raising funds for Hurricane Katrina victims relief, Breast
cancer awareness, Autism and the Special Olympics.
