Hook Of The Year .. here we go again

I've always had a strategy on the
Hook Of The Year
September to June
Then
July to August
September to June most people are in routines
come
July to August people start going on vacation and
go out of there routines and there is a tendency to
have odd things take place
some are good and some that are not so good
always felt the vibe is just different for
July to August
September to June is like a sport starts in
September and ends in June
Then the
Hook Of The Year
It is a theory
Think about it

As a leader, you don't get too high on the highs or let the bumps balance down. Every leader over time has probably equal amount of good luck or bad luck - or, you could argue, has good opportunities or challenges.
